This policy explains what information Collimation collects when you use this augmented-reality experiences hub, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

Collimation ("we," "us") operates this site. For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@collimation.tv.

What we collect

• Contact form. If you use the "Connect with us" form, we collect the name, email address, and project description you choose to provide.
• Camera (AR). Our experiences use your device camera to detect artwork and place 3D content. Camera images are processed on your device by the AR engine in real time — they are not uploaded to or stored by Collimation.
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider records basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) as part of delivering the site securely, in line with its own privacy practices.

How we use it

We use the details you submit through the form for a single purpose: to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to marketing lists or use your information for anything else without asking you first.

Service providers

We rely on a few trusted providers who process data on our behalf to run the site:

• Netlify — website hosting and secure form delivery.
• Microsoft Bookings — the "Book a Meeting" scheduling link.
• 8th Wall / Niantic — the web AR engine that runs the camera experiences on your device.
• Google Fonts — web typography (your browser may request font files from Google's servers).

How long we keep it

We retain contact-form submissions for up to 24 months so we can follow up on conversations, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your choices & rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've given us — just email info@collimation.tv and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA or GDPR; we honor those requests regardless.

Children

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll revise the date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
